Natural Creations  manufactures all jewelry in India. All designing, sampling and manufacturing is done in-house.

Yes Natural Creations  has an online catalogue and this is normally sent to our current wholesale buyers once in 3 months. This catalogue is free of cost to our current buyers.

How do I order Jewelry at Natural Creations?

Ordering Jewelry is simple. You have to make a note of the design numbers and send us a mail or fill the contact form and we will send you a formal offer from our side.

Yes Natural Creations is known for manufacturing jewelry to the customer requirement.
If you are in need of any specific gemstone for any particular design, please let us know about the same and we will manufacture the design to your requirement.
If you have your own design, we can bring it into reality for you.

Will I be charged extra for Gemstones ?

If you pick a design from our website or catalogue, the price is already mentioned. If you need a change in Gemstone, we will charge you more or less depending on the type of gemstone you have a requirement for

Does Natural Creations do back orders ?

Yes Natural Creations is capable of doing back orders, but this is subject to our confirmation.

How long do you take to make jewelry designs ?

Following is a timeline for Sterling Silver Jewelry.

Up to 5 Pieces of a single design ( you could also make a choice of your selection of Gemstones to be used in the Designs )
Please take note, the Prices will vary depending on the size and type of stone you have chosen

 Existing Design - 15 Days

 New Design - 20 to 25 Days.

Following is a timeline for Beaded Jewelry ( Minimum weight to be ordered is 1 Kilogram )

Up to 10 Pieces of a single design ( you could also choose 10 different designs, but the total weight of the beaded jewelry should not be less than one kilogram. )

Existing Design - 7 Days
New Design - 9 to 10 Days.

Up to 100 Pieces of a single design, not exceeding 1000 Pieces in total quantity.

Existing Design - 15 to 20 Days
New Design -  25 to 30 Days.

What is the minimum quantity for Beaded Jewelry ?

The minimum order quantity for beaded jewelry is 1 Kilogram.

What mode do you use for shipment of consignments ?

All shipments are sent by UPS

Do you mention the size and weight of Jewelry ?

Yes we make a mention of the size and weight of Jewelry manufactured.

What is your return policy ?

We stand by our jewelry designs 100%, but due to some reason you are not happy with the designs, you can return the jewelry back to us for a full refund within 3 Days of receiving the designs, but this return is subject to some terms and conditions which can be found here.

How long have you been in business now ?

Natural creation has been in business since 1996 and we are going strong with 2 offices in India and 1 in the United Kingdom.
We are spreading our wings and will try and get closer to you.

Do you repair Jewelry ?

Yes Natural Creation repairs Jewelry and is done free of cost provided you send it back to us for repairs within 15 days of purchase of such jewelry.
After 15 days, we will charge you depending on the complexity of repair.

What are the suggestions from Natural Creation for Purchasing Jewelry ?

Natural Creation suggests the following when you want best value for Money.

If you are a Dealer or a Retailer
1. Pick up atleast 5 pieces of each type of design
2. Make atleast two assortment of stones in these 5 designs and keep one unique
3. Make a good quantity to save on shpping costs.

If you are an Individual
1. Pick up assortments 4 - 5 designs
2. Pick up designs from different categories, so you have a good product mix.
3. This total assortment of 15 - 20 designs should give you some savings on courier costs.

Please note: When we write about courier costs, we mean there is a minimum amount charged by the courier company for a minimum weight of 500 Gms or 1 Kilogram. It will be most economical to you if you picked up jewelry that will fit into these weights. Please check our page on Shipping Information.

Does Natural Creation supply Finger Rings ?

We prefer not to sell Finger Rings as there is always a problem of the right fit for a Finger Size and since most items are shipped overseas, it would involve a lot of complexities such as shipping and costs.

How long does it take to receive the designs after they are shipped ?

The normal shipment time is 5 - 7 Days after the goods have been dispatched through the courier company.

What are the International shipping charges ?
